Remove REGSVR.EXE and New Folder.exe viruses completely.. ;)

මෙ virus කොම්පියුටර් එකට එන්නෙ ගොඩක් වෙලාවට external device (Pen drive තමා ඉතින් ;) ). මෙ virus එක computer එකට ගියාම මෙවගේ ඒවා වෙනවා..

-explorer.exe corruption ඇති වෙනවා

-computer එක Slow වෙනවා

-registry edit  කරන්න බැරිව යනවා

-Folders ඇතුලෙ ඒ නමින් තව Folder එකක් තියෙන්න ගන්නවා

මෙකට පිලියම මෙකයි.....

Step 1 -

Start---> Run----> type msconfig

(මෙක ඔපෙන් වෙන්නේ නැත්තම්.. ඉස්සෙල්ලම task Manager එක (ctrl + Alt + delete) open කරලා processes tab එකට ගිහිල්ලා regsvr.exe කියන එක හොයලා..

ඒක Select කරලා End Process කරන්න. ඊට පස්සෙ අයිත් Step 1 විදිහට කරන්න කොකටත් මෙක කරල තියන එක ඇගට ගුනයි   )

Task Manager කොහොමවත් ඔපෙන් වෙන්නෙ නැත්තම් මෙක Download කරගන්න-http://www.taskmanagerfix.com/

එහෙම කලම එන Window එකෙ startup tab එකට ගිහිල්ල regsvr select කරල එක unchek කරලා ok කලාම එන Window එකෙ Exit without restart කරන්න.

ඔක්කොම close කරලා... යන්න,

    control panel –> scheduled tasks ---> delete At1 කියන ලිස්ට් එක

මෙක ඉවර උනම ඔක්කොම window ටික close කරන්න.

Step 2 -

        දැන්

         start – > run –> gpedit.msc

   එන Window එකෙන් ,

    users configuration –> Administrative templates –>open systems

    Find prevent access to registry editing tools

       ඒක double click කරලා change the option to disable.

Step 3 - Registry Edits

    දැන් තියන්නේ Registry Edit කරන්න...

    Go to

    start – > run –> type regedit

    එන Window එකේ..,

               Click  Edit –>go to Find then search for regsvr.exe

    Find and delete all the අදාල  regsvr.exe virus(අයෙත් සැරයක් edit-->find next and delete regsvr.exe virus නැවත යන්න. තව regsvr.exe ඉවර වෙනකම් මෙහෙම කරන්න. )

    don't delete  "regsvr32.exe" as its not a virus

    දැන් ඒ Window එකෙම මෙතනට ‍යන්න,

  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon

    and modify the entry,

     "Shell "

    double click this entry.

    එන Window එකේ..,

    delete the regsvr.exe

  (මතක තියාගන්න regsvr.exe කියන එක විතරක් delete කරන්න.. Explorer.exe delete කරන්න එපා..)

Step 4 - Deleting Virus Files

    මෙක තමා අන්තිම Final Step එක..

    මෙක කරන්න ,

   Press F3 or Ctrl + F and search for regsvr.exe (make sure to search in hidden folders )

      delete all “regsvr.exe" dont delete regsvr32.exe.

    Recycle Bin එක clean කරලා.. එකට දෙන්න එලකිරි restart එකක්... ;)
